Structural studies of the Yersinia entomophaga toxin complex
Jason’s project involved looking at the structure of the ABC toxin complex from a New Zealand soil bacterium,Yersinia entomophaga, and using that structural information to try to determine how it works.
Jason’s Thesis has been submitted and is waiting on examination.

Causative Gene Discovery in Dairy Traits
Tania’s project will involve the identification of causal genetic variations underlying milk production phenotypes in NZ dairy cattle, and will involve the annotation of non-coding regions of the bovine genome.
